Refund & Cancellation Policy
LearnMore Technologies
At LearnMore Technologies, we strive to provide high-quality training,
career guidance, and learning support to all students. By enrolling in
any course offered by LearnMore Technologies, you agree to the following
Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. Enrollment Confirmation
Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment of the applicable
course fee and acceptance of the institute's terms and conditions.
2. Refund Policy
- Course fees are non-refundable once a student has attended any class, whether online or offline.
- Course fees are non-refundable once access has been provided to study materials, recorded sessions, software, learning portals, assignments, or any other course resources.
- No refund shall be provided for non-attendance, personal reasons, job commitments, relocation, health issues, schedule conflicts, or failure to complete the course.
3. Package and Combo Courses
- Fees paid for package, combo, or discounted course programs are treated as a single consolidated payment.
- Once a student attends or utilizes any portion of the package, the entire package fee becomes non-refundable.
- Partial refunds for individual courses within a package are not permitted.
4. Batch Transfer and Course Deferral
- Students may request a batch transfer or course deferral, subject to seat availability and management approval.
- Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of LearnMore Technologies.
- Batch transfers or deferred admissions do not qualify for refunds.
5. Student Withdrawal
If a student voluntarily withdraws, discontinues, or abandons the course
after enrollment, no refund shall be payable.
6. Course Cancellation by LearnMore Technologies
In the unlikely event that LearnMore Technologies cancels a course and is
unable to provide an alternative batch or equivalent training, an
appropriate refund or alternative arrangement may be offered at the
institute's discretion.
7. Exceptional Cases
Any exception to this policy shall be considered solely at the discretion
of the management of LearnMore Technologies and shall not create any
obligation or precedent for future cases.
8. Acceptance of Policy
By enrolling in any course and making payment, the student acknowledges
that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund &
Cancellation Policy.
Important Notice:
Fees paid towards course enrollment, training services, study materials,
software access, and academic resources are generally non-refundable
once course access or training has commenced. This policy helps ensure
fair allocation of faculty, infrastructure, and learning resources for
all students.
