1. Enrollment Confirmation

Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment of the applicable course fee and acceptance of the institute's terms and conditions.

In the unlikely event that LearnMore Technologies cancels a course and is unable to provide an alternative batch or equivalent training, an appropriate refund or alternative arrangement may be offered at the institute's discretion.

7. Exceptional Cases

Any exception to this policy shall be considered solely at the discretion of the management of LearnMore Technologies and shall not create any obligation or precedent for future cases.

8. Acceptance of Policy

By enrolling in any course and making payment, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Important Notice:
Fees paid towards course enrollment, training services, study materials, software access, and academic resources are generally non-refundable once course access or training has commenced. This policy helps ensure fair allocation of faculty, infrastructure, and learning resources for all students.
